Melissa Tada, OD
Dr. Tada has been in practice in Colorado Springs since 1999. She graduated with distinction from the Southern California College of Optometry. Previously a high school science teacher, Dr. Tada thoroughly educates her patients about their eye health. She enjoys all areas of primary care optometry, from treating red eyes to working with children, managing chronic ocular disease to specialty contact lens fitting. Living in the dry Colorado climate, she has a wealth of experience in treating dry eye syndrome. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association and the Southern Colorado Optometric Society. Outside of work, Dr. Tada’s interests include hiking, biking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Staci McMullen, OD, FCOVD
Dr. McMullen is a 2000 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry where she graduated with distinction. In 2004, Dr. McMullen earned her Fellowship in Binocular Vision and now specializes in pediatric optometry and the treatment of visually related learning problems. Dr. McMullen also practices general optometry, including family eye care, treatment of dry eyes & ocular disease, LASIK and cataract surgery co-management, and contact lens fitting. Dr. McMullen has worked with and lectured extensively at local schools to emphasize the importance of efficient visual functioning. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association and the Southern Colorado Optometric Society. Dr. McMullen is married and has two daughters.
Lindsay Sallecchia, OD, FAAO
Dr. Sallecchia graduated with honors from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2011 with a degree in pre-professional zoology, then went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2015. Dr. Sallecchia enjoys finding individualized solutions for patients that would benefit from specialty contact lenses due to keratoconus, presbyopia, or dry eye, and also provides full scope optometric care. She is an active member of the American Academy of Optometry, American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association, and Southern Colorado Optometric Society. Dr. Sallecchia’s interests outside of work include running, hiking, traveling with her husband, and being a foster volunteer for the Humane Society.
Lisa McKim, OD
Dr. McKim is a 1995 graduate from the University of Missouri, St Louis College of Optometry. Having been an Air Force spouse for 23 years, she’s had the opportunity to practice in multiple practice settings all around the country and in Europe. While stationed at the Air Force Academy early in their military career, she and her husband chose Colorado Springs as their post-military home.
Dr. McKim enjoys providing comprehensive family eye care including contact lenses, treatment and management of ocular disease and LASIK/cataract co-management.
She and her husband have two children and enjoy hiking, biking, and cheering on the Falcons and Switchbacks.
